TERMS & CONDITIONS

VOUCHERS – If you have a Voucher for an experience (Brewery Experience Day, Beer Masterclass, Gin Masterclass or Whisky & Beer Masterclass), these must be activated prior to the experience and presented to the brewer/expert on the day. GIFT CARDS – Gift Cards bought through Brewhouse & Kitchen need to be activated before the experience. These can be used against any of our Experiences: Brewery Experience Day, Beer Masterclass, Gin Masterclass, Whisky & Beer Pairing Masterclass, or Brewer’s Seasonal Beer Masterclass. Any additional cost not covered by the gift card will be chargeable on the day. If the gift card is not activated, we reserve the right to charge the full amount on the day.

Verification of your card details must be completed within 48 hours of enquiring to confirm your booking. If your card details have not been verified within 48 hours, the enquiry will be released.

NO SHOWS – If no one from your party has arrived within 20 mins of your experience, we reserve the right to charge the relevant pre-authorized deposit amount to your credit/debit card (Brewery Experience Day: £40pp, Beer/Gin/Whisky/Seasonal Masterclass: £20pp.)

We ask that you accept our terms and conditions including our cancellation charges during the payment process.

All credit/debit card payments are securely handled by industry-leading payment processor and are never stored on our website. Collins pay is fully PCI compliant.

As outlined in our privacy policy, we will not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

Those suffering from food intolerances or food allergies are advised to notify us and check the Allergen Guide which can be found on the website. If Brewhouse & Kitchen is not warned about any allergies, we are not liable. Please be aware that some dishes may contain or have traces of nuts.

If you need to cancel your experience, we require at least 48 hours notice. Without this notice, we reserve the right to charge the relevant pre-authorized deposit amount to your credit/debit card (as noted above)

If you do not turn up for your booking we will charge the relevant pre-authorized deposit amount to your debit/credit card.

Reducing the group size less than 48 hours prior to your booking, will result in your credit/debit being charged for the original pre-authorized deposit amount. If you wish to change the group size, please do so more than 72 hours in advance of the booking.

Increasing party size prior to arrival must be completed 72 hours prior to your booking (please note we send a reminder 72 hours before your booking.)

We reserve the right to refuse admission at the door.

If there is any damage to the pub, then we reserve the right to charge the cost of repairs to the debit or credit card used in the verification process.

We are not liable for any damage to clothing or shoes.

For the brewery experience day, it is advised that heavy clothing (Denim trousers) and waterproof shoes (wellies) are worn.

Floors may become wet and slippery throughout the Brewery Experience Day. By agreeing to this, guests are aware of the risks involved in completing a Brewery Experience Day.
